Stephanie Constantine, PHR, owner of Constantine Human Resource Consulting, LLC has over 15 years of human resource generalist experience. She has a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resource Management through the Society for Human Resource Management. She has been an active member of the Mobile Society for Human Resource Management and the Alabama State Council since 1997. Stephanie served as President and Legislative Liaison of the Mobile chapter and as District Director and Legislative Director for the Alabama State Council. As the Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing for Goodwill Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast, Inc. for 12 years, she specialized in supervisory training in EEOC regulations, employee relations and retention, safety and legislative issues. Other Human Resource employment has included Employment Relations Manager of Budget Rent a Car of the South East and Human Resource Manager of QF, Inc., a seafood manufacturing plant in Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Stephanie Constantine is a graduate of Leadership Mobile, class of 2005 and she is on the speaker's bureau for the Non Profit Resource Center of Alabama. She has regular guest appearances on WKRG's morning show as the human resource advisor. She is also a board member of Lifelines, the Family Counceling Center; co-chair of the human resource committee for the Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama and an officer for the Mobile Auburn Club.
